Got this for my son's car, which is parked for most of the week under an oak tree. He's only had it less than a week but so far it seems to be doing its job, keeping tree sap and acorns off his windshield. It's very easy to put on - my son did it by himself in minutes - and its going to save him a lot of time cleaning his windshield and wipers when he drives on the weekend. I can't say anything about snow or ice yet but we do plan to try it out when winter comes.

Snow in the forecast so I tried out my new windshield snow cover. Next morning, I pulled it off and the windshield was all clear! Like any snow cover, it takes a few minutes to get it to cover you window just right. I have a minivan so a large window and after I fiddled around, it covered it well. What I like is that it is very lightweight and very easy to store when you aren't using it. It comes with a storage bag. I haven't used it since but there's snow in the forecast and I expect it will work well again.

I love this product. I live in MN, this is great not only for snow but for protecting against frost, which we get 6 months a year it seems. I wish I had it years ago. One thing on this product that I don't see on some others out there is that it covers your wipers extremely well, which is great!

This fits my car just like the photo they show on the product. I have a 2011 Escape. This is a thin cover, black on one side (for winter) and silver on the opposite side for summer. Because it's thin, if you have more than 4-5" snow, I'd swipe off some of it before peeling this off. That will save you a tear or stress on it. The magnets work great. There is a little bit of adjustment to get it on the car right, but it really only takes a minute to install. Hints: Put the the magnets in place first, then the flaps. Don't slam the door shut when installing the flaps, shut the door and then bump it shut so the flap doesn't blow out the door. I can peel this off the car, shake it off and hang it over my bench or in the house until dry. Dries quickly. When not in use it folds up nice and small. The photo was taken when our snow storm started, and performed well with 3" of snow on top of ice with and additional layer of ice on top. I really like this.
