What a stellar product! This patty press makes perfectly round burgers. My husband prefers his burgers to be on the thick side so we both enjoy the adjustable settings. I keep one patty press at home and another in our RV for when we go camping.
I love how this burger press is mess-free. Using the wax paper keeps the meat from coming into contact with the metal. All I do it spray the press with a spritz of lemon and vinegar water and give it a quick wipe with a paper towel for good measure.
The volunteer fire department was hosting it's annual burger bash fundraiser. I bought a couple of these patty presses and it really helped us crank out the burgers!
